VisionQuest 20/20TM software requires an FTP connection to our remote host. VisionQuest 20/20TM does NOT contain a server nor does it act as a server. Please allow communication with IP 66.113.164.245
Communication between VisionQuest 20/20TM software and www.childsplayvision.com is required to;
[1] facilitate access and transactions with the on-line "banking" vault used to allocate vision screenings,
[2] ensure that the vision screening software is automatically updated (at no cost), and
[3] provide HIPPA-compliant, encrypted usage data (with NO personally identifiable information) to monitor the program's success.

In the event VisionQuest 20/20TM software "hangs" while updating updates1.txt, please perform the following;
[1] click --> HERE <-- to download a new VisionQuest.exe file
[2] when prompted, save this file to the installation directory of VisionQuest 20/20TM
(typically "C:\Program Files\VisionQuest 2020")
[3] if prompted, choose to OVERWRITE or REPLACE the existing file
[4] launch VisionQuest
